In this game-based workshop you learn how Customer Development lets you discover the right product before you build the wrong business. Customer Development, a core element of Lean Startup, provides an alternative to creating a Big Business Plan Up Front. You will learn how to incrementally build a business model—using lightweight descriptions of business hypotheses that you can test against real customers.
