Jeff been helping companies improve the way they build software since the early days of Agile. His emphasis on Continuous Delivery has fostered new technical and collaborative techniques that help teams deliver high quality software every day. He is driven by Lean values and principles, technical excellence and rapid delivery of value to customers.

Jeff has developed numerous open source tools to help teams with their automation efforts toward building Continuous Delivery pipelines. His book “Cucumber and Cheese – A testers workshop” has helped many people on their journey to highly automated systems done by testers, developers and business working in collaboration. Jeff codes, coaches, trains and mentors organization leaders, teams and individuals to deliver software quickly, reliably and in a sustainable way. He argues that it is possible for a team to have zero defects and there is no need to use defect tracking tools.

Jeff was one of the co-founders of LeanDog and recently his new company, Tango, playing the role of CTO and developing people skills. While his nickname is Cheezy, there is nothing cheesy about his passion on what he does.
